High-precision machining of difficult-to-cut materials
We are capable of finishing so-called “difficult-to-cut” metals—such as SUS316L, Hastelloy, and 3D additively manufactured materials—to a final surface roughness of Rz 1.0 or less.
Example materials: Austenitic stainless steels, titanium alloys, nickel-based heat-resistant alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, etc.), high-hardness steels (quenched steels, tool steels), ceramics, CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics).
Ultra-precision micro hole machining
We have the technology to precisely machine micro-holes of φ0.1 mm or smaller to depths exceeding 10 times their diameter, while achieving beautifully smooth inner surfaces.

Polishing
Our polishing process employs customized fixtures and specialized compounds, enabling us to effectively handle a wide range of shapes. With rigorous process management, we consistently meet tight tolerances for even the most demanding specifications. In addition, we provide advanced lapping and electropolishing services.

Passivation
We perform passivation treatment in compliance with SEMI F60 and ASTM standards. We also provide surface treatments (anodizing, plating, coatings, laser marking), a variety of heat treatments (nitriding, vacuum, sulfurizing), and surface enhancement treatments (hardening, lubrication, seizure resistance, scuff resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance) to meet diverse customer requirements.
Passivation Coating:
- Surface contamination (C ≦ 30.0%, S ≦ 1.0%, P ≦ 2.0%, Si ≦ 1.5%, N ≦ 2.0%)
- Cr/Fe ≧ 2, CrO/FeO ≧3
- Cr/Fe ≧ 1 at a depth of 10Å, oxide coating thickness ≧ 20Å
Welding
We perform TIG welding, laser welding, fiber laser welding, and more—enabling precision welding of thin-walled tubes. By controlling temperature and humidity and utilizing our in-house developed TIG welding machines, we achieve higher accuracy and productivity. Within our clean room, we also operate an automated robotic welding line.
